Yes we do! We have boards shipment to Indonesian best surf spots such as Padang, Kandui, Mentawai, Pacitan, Kupang, Lakey, and more by Land, Air, or Airport Pickup options. Prices may vary depends on the locations, boards dimension, and by transportation used.

Basically we can, but due to the price of shipment will be very high, it's better for you to come and pickup here in Bali and fly back. Wink.

We package the board with bubble wrap + cardboard. For extra protection, our Cargo will add another bubble wrap + cardboard packaging as well. We do not guarantee for shipment/handling error of our Cargo, but as far as we go, we've received no complaint. If you want to make it more safe, we can provide extra wood packaging, for sure with extra money.

We process and ship your general orders within 24 hours of accepted payment. While delivery time is depending on your location, order day and may vary between 3-14 working days.

Of course! We offer free shipping for South Bali area, please opt-in for "In-Store Pick Up" on the checkout page and fill in your Bali address and date/detail for your delivery. You can also pick your order at either our Dreamland, Uluwatu, or Canggu store.

Yes, of course! We love to meet our customers face to face! You can opt-in for In Store Pick Up at checkout page and choose which store is suitable for you. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare your order.

We use Xendit as our payment processor. With Xendit, we accept International Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB). We also accept Indonesian Bank Transfers, and Indonesian Digital Payment such as Dana, and OVO.

You can cancel your order for free as long as the status is “Processing”. If your order is “Completed” or have been shipped, it already left our HQ and is on the way to you, cancellation is not possible anymore.
