Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do! We use EMS (Express Mail Service) a subsidiary of POS Indonesia. With it’s global network EMS can deliver to over 190 countries worldwide. To see who is your global network partner in your country please visit the EMS website.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We process and ship your orders within 24 hours of accepted payment. While delivery time is depending on your location and order day and may vary between 3-14 working days. During the order process you can track your order at the EMS website.

I'm coming to Bali, can you have my order waiting for me at my hotel?

Of course! We offer free shipping for South Bali area,  please opt-in for "In-Store Pick Up" on the checkout page and fill in your Bali address and date/detail for your delivery. You can also pick your order at either our Dreamland or Canggu store and receive a complimentary coffee! 

I'm staying Bali, can I pick up my order in store?

Yes, of course! We love to meet our customers face to face! Please allow at least a couple hours for us to check stock and arrange delivery to the intended pickup location. The WhatsApp number provided is a great way to keep in touch!  (WA +6287861813103)


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Stripe as our payment gateway. With Stripe, we accept Credit and Debit Cards internationally.

We also use Multi Currency. You can shop and pay our products in your currency. Right now, we support USD, AUD, EUR, CAD, and IDR. For multi currency rate, we use IDR as base currency and Live Rate as exchange rate.

Is Buying Online Safe?

We make great strides in making the payment process safe. Our website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protected, establishing a secure encrypted link between our website and your computer. We don’t store your credit card information on our server. Only the payment provider can see your sensitive data.

Orders & Returns

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order for free as long as the status is “Processing”. If your order is “Completed”, it already left our HQ and is on the way to you, cancellation is not possible anymore.

Do I Need an Account To Shop?

We also allow “guest” orders in our online shop without the need to create an account. For your convenience and better tracking, we recommend to create an account.

Can I Return or Refund My Order?

Yes, You Can! We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee for all purchases. 

We are happy to refund of replace any goods once arrived if they are found to not be exactly as ordered. All we ask is that you pay return postage and duties (if any) on your purchase. Please return your goods with original labeling and packaging unworn/unused, in the condition you received it. 

We have the rights to decline your request if we found your goods arrived without original labeling and packaging, already worn/used, and not in the condition you received. Please refer to our return and refund policy.
