Return & Refund Policy

ENGLISH:

Because of the wide range of products we host at our store we ask that customer worried about returns can contact us directly before purchasing your goods. You can message us directly via Messenger App on the website. We are happy to answer any questions about specific goods being shipped to worldwide locations. In general our return policy is: 100% Satisfaction guarantee.

We are happy to refund of replace any goods once arrived if they are found to not be exactly as ordered. Contact us here and we will assist you to do refund/return. All we ask is that you pay return postage and duties (if any) on your purchase.

Please return your goods with original labeling and packaging unworn/unused, in the condition you received it. We have the rights to decline your request if we found your goods arrived without original labeling and packaging, already worn/used, and not in the condition you received. Please refer to our return and refund policy.

For Surfboards

Returned Surfboards must be returned unridden, in original condition (ie: no grip, wax, etc), within one month from date of purchase. There are no returns for custom surfboard orders unless the product is faulty. All other items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within one month from date of purchase. Refunds or exchanges are not valid on any sale or discounted items.

Please note:

  1. Valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  2. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund or an exchange. Any item returned after the stated time period will be refused.
  3. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on products that already used.
  4. We do not accept returns on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
  5. Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unworn and properly secured. Therefore, please pack the item carefully and we recommend that you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
  6. The postage fee will be charged to the customer prior sending.
  7. We do not refund: PayPal fees, delivery cost, or any international tax or duties paid.
