Delivery / Shipping Policy

General Products

1. Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday. However some orders will take 4-5 days to process.
2. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day.
   
3. When your package has left our warehouse, an email will be sent with your tracking details, so you can follow each step of the shipment.
4. For Indonesia shipment, we use JNT/JNE One Day Express Delivery as priority shipment. If not available, we will use Regular option.
5. For International shipment, we use FeDex International Priority.
6. Customers are responsible for any Import tax, shipping tax, country tax, or any other tax, that may be billed to the customers.

Surfboards

1. For surfboards shipment, we provide Land, Air, or Airport Pickup options.
2. Our standard pricing only includes bubble wrap + cardboard, and our Cargo will also add extra bubble wrap + cardboard packaging.
3. For wood packaging, and insurance, please contact us beforehand.
4. BGS is not responsible for any damage that happen during shipment.
